He has published over 40 research papers in international journals and obtained 5 patents. Based on his research, two analytical instruments have been commercialized: On-line Monitor for fecal Colifroms in Water (cooperated with Qingdao Jiaming Environmental Test Instruments Co.) and Potential Gradient Detector for Capillary Electrophoresis (US patent, developed with CE Resources Pte Ltd, Singapore.).
